iPIO -8 unresponsive

After performing a firmware upgrade to v1.23.107 using FTP, unit is not working. After booting, Activity and Link LEDs remain lit for about 20 seconds. Then Activity light flickers and you can connect to the unit for approximately 5 seconds. After that, Activity LED turns off and unit is unresponsive(Web interface cannot be connected to and device cannot be pinged). I have tried resetting device. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, it sounds as if the upgrade failed.

Depending on the firmware revision before upgrade, there could be 2 files that need upgrading. (rom.bin and image.bin)
